Internet: Use a stable internet connection.
Device: Test your camera and microphone before joining.
Location: Choose a quiet, well-lit space.

02 | Your Documents Ready for Signing
Individuals & Families: Have completed documents ready. Do not sign documents requiring notarization until instructed during your session.

03 | Identity Verification
Depending on platform and applicable requirements, verification may include identification credential analysis, knowledge-based authentication questions, or additional steps.
Your notary will guide you through the verification process, explain each step, and assist you as needed. You must personally complete your identity authentication.
04 | Witnesses, When Required
Some estate-planning documents require witnesses. We can coordinate online witnesses when needed, subject to applicable requirements. Confirm witness needs before your appointment.
05 | Be Ready at Your Scheduled Time
Join 15 minutes early. All required signers and witnesses must be available for their designated portions of the session.
Late arrivals, incomplete documents, technical issues, or unsuccessful identity verification may require rescheduling and an additional fee.

Have Your ID Ready.
A valid, unexpired, acceptable government-issued photo ID is required. You may be asked to hold it up to your camera and confirm details, such as your name, address (where applicable), and expiration date.
Accepted identification is subject to platform requirements and applicable law.
